  Many employees feel overworked, underappreciated, and disconnected at work. Re-engaging employees by connecting them to the company’s purpose and shared values will go a long way to increasing productivity, innovation and retention.
  
  
• Delivering Action on Commitments
  From the SDG 2030 goals to Net Zero commitments, companies need to demonstrate progress on the big commitments they have made to avoid public criticism by their customers and employees.
  
  
• Prioritizing Psychological Safety to Drive Inclusivity
  A toxic work environment can dramatically impact performance and lead to poor employee retention, which in turn affects business outcomes. One way to improve psychological safety in the workplace is to establish robust employee resource groups (ERGs) to drive belonging and create safe spaces for inclusion and dialogue.
